From the earth to the plate!
This multi-functional urban farm hosts innovative and diversified cultivation techniques (Aquaponics, Aeroponics, Permaculture…) in order to provide “Cuisine Mode d’Emploi(s)”, a cooking school born from the meeting between Thierry Marx, a starred chef and Frédérique Calandra, mayor of the 20th district of Paris.
This place also hosts our “Pick and Cook” workshops to learn about seasonal cooking and rediscover the true taste of fruits and vegetables!
