Responsible culinary workshops

Raising awareness of zero waste, strengthening cohesion, meeting in a different way, encouraging creativity, co-production and teamwork: these are the objectives of those tasty meals, the first pillars of “responsible gourmets”.

Workshops can be held at the company’s premises or at recommended partner locations.

How a workshop is conducted

We select for you the best products by doing your shopping. We prepare your ingredients and accompany you in the realization of the recipes. The workshop is supervised from start to finish by one or more specialized cooking coaches.
It takes place in two phases:

First phase: Practical workshop in the kitchen with local and seasonal fruits and vegetables. (2h)

Second phase: Tasting of the recipes prepared in the form of a starter, main course, dessert or buffet. (1h-1h30)

3. Collaborative innovation offer

This workshop aims to build, promote and provoke collective intelligence by bringing together people from different backgrounds: large groups and start-ups, R&D managers and other employees of the same company…

Each participant then combines their intelligence and skills with those of their neighbor to achieve a culinary challenge spiced with constraints: time, ingredients, collaborators, theme…

A follow-up on the experience allows us to draw lessons from such a collaboration, rich in opportunities to change traditional ways of thinking and to encourage the implementation of open and audacious innovation.
